Pharmacy Students from University of Reading visit Caleva’s Laboratory

Aaron Quinn with Akhil Shah and Mohammed Elmair Bakhash of University of Reading

We were delighted to welcome Akhil and Mohammed to our laboratory in the UK for training on our laboratory equipment. They both worked with the Mini Coater Drier and Mixer Torque Rheometer as well as the Caleva Multi Lab. It was an enjoyable day for all and we appreciate their visit and they are welcome to visit us again in the future. Indeed, if any pharmacy student would like to come and spend a day or two with us to learn more about the pellet making process, coating tablets and pellets or in the advanced uses of Caleva’s unique Torque Rheometer, then they would be most welcome. We will buy you a nice lunch too!

Here is what our visitors said about their time with us:
Akhil Shar
4th Year Pharmacy Student, University of Reading

‘We came to Caleva to learn how to use their products for our final year project. Everyone at Caleva was very helpful and informative, I found the training very useful and the equipment easy to use. My trip to Caleva has left me feeling more confident about my project, I have learnt a great deal from Aaron today.’
Mohammed Elmair Bakhash

‘For our final year project we were in need of training of equipment suitable for coating small batched of pellets. Caleva kindly invited us down for some specialist training on their mini coater drier. The staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
The experience was invaluable, thank you to Aaron and thank you Caleva.’
