• The small bowl Spheronizer is designed for use for development and research when material is costly or in short supply and when limited amounts are available for trial work.
• The easily removable bowl is completely detached form the Spheronizer for discharge and cleaning
• The SMALL Spheronizer is matched to the Caleva Extruder 20 with reduced height screens. This small Spheronizer is able to process much smaller sample sizes than the standard laboratory Spheronizer the Caleva Spheronizer 250.
• The effective batch size can be from 10g to approximately 150g.
• It has a good capacity for scale-up studies to larger equipment and then to full production of pellets.
• To discharge product the bowl is simply released and the pellets can be poured directly into a suitable storage container removing any risk of cross contamination.
