Automatically collect and store operational parameters as well as product temperature data from Caleva Extruders and Spheronizers

With the release of the new Datastor-2™ system Caleva extruders and spheronizers have (as an option) the ability to be connected by USB to a PC to record and store operational parameters.

The bench-top extruder or spheronizer is connected via USB to the PC then, without operator intervention, the following data are recorded:

• Power usage
• Operating speed in rpm
• Product temperature

The software can recognize and monitor up to two machines working independently at the same time.

Results can be opened by the Datastor software as a one page summary of all relevant data that can be printed as a permanent record. This enhances GLP and gives added quality assurance.
