The Caleva floor standing production-scale Gear Extruder 40A denser extrudate produced without process induced product temperature rise at about 40kg per hour.

- Designed for production but also suitable for development work.
- A denser extrudate that that produced by screen or basket extruders but with the advantage of low heat generation.
- Particularly recommend where a high quality dense extrudate is required.

- Working capacity suitable for the Spheronizer 380 and Spheronizer 500.
- Gear sets with different diameter gear holes can be supplied according to customer needs (between 0.8 and 2.0mm).
- Modify output by altering the rotational speed of the gears.
